Description

  • Build and lead all aspects of project workstreams.
  • Provide project teams with clear direction and coordination.
  • Manage project plans to meet all client deliverables.
  • Develop pricing and market access strategies using analytics.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Attend and lead client meetings.
  • Help manage client expectations throughout engagements.
  • Ensure work product is accurate and properly cited.
  • Develop expertise in specific areas and lead creation of products, pitches, and intellectual property.
  • Contribute to practice development through mentoring and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a record of academic excellence.
  • 3–5 years of consulting or related business analytics experience, with strategy experience a plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare space, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
  • Experience with global pricing and market access through healthcare consulting or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience using payer, provider, and patient analytics with Rx claims, Mx claims, remittance data, and formulary insights.
  • Ability to work across multiple workstreams and connect multiple data outputs into a cohesive story.
  • Ability to work with open and closed claims, formulary data, projected TRx plan-level data, sell-in data, affiliation data, patient services data, and other public data.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong coding skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Preferred academic concentration in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Business.
  • Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
  • Experience synthesizing insights and developing recommendations from primary and secondary research preferred.
  • Experience directing primary research with stakeholders such as payers, key opinion leaders, and physicians preferred.
