Description

  • Develop and negotiate regional and global study budgets based on study protocol requirements.
  • Review, draft, negotiate, and track confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements.
  • Work with supervisors and internal and external stakeholders to resolve and escalate contractual issues.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Provide status updates to study team members on contract negotiations and execution.
  • Coordinate the execution of agreements.
  • Maintain contract files and databases, including contract archiving.
  • Identify process improvements and take corrective action where needed.
  • Support other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience, preferably in clinical research or a similar industry setting.
  • 1 year of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements such as NDAs and Clinical Trial Agreements.
  • Experience managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with some supervision and independently in a global team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software programs and computer applications.
  • Post-graduate qualification preferred.
