Description

  • Maintain, optimize, and govern training content hosted on SharePoint and related learning platforms.
  • Partner with Learning & Development team members and subject matter experts to keep training materials accurate, current, organized, and accessible.
  • Support platform optimization and refinement, including SharePoint page development and related learning platform improvements.
  • Assist with training development, coordination, and administrative execution activities.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing role-based learning programs.
  • Manage document management, collaboration, and version control for training materials.
  • Organize complex content in a structured, user-friendly manner.
  • Follow defined processes, standards, and governance requirements.
  • Work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience.
  • Strong working experience using SharePoint for page development, document management, and collaboration.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a training, learning operations, or administrative support role, preferably in a regulated or professional services environment.
  • Experience supporting learning platforms such as SharePoint, LMS, or document repositories.
  • Exposure to clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments.
  • Microsoft 365 experience.
  • Ability to organize complex content in a structured, user-friendly manner.
  • High attention to detail with strong version control and documentation discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Preferred remote work location in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia.
