Description

Review, draft, negotiate, and track agreements including site contracts, master services agreements, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendments.
Work with the Clinical Operations study team to align contract deliverables with study timelines.
Resolve or escalate contractual issues with supervisors and internal or external stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
Communicate contract negotiation and execution status to relevant study team members.
Establish, track, report, and manage site contract metrics.
Maintain contract files and databases, including contract archiving.
Assist in designing and implementing policies and procedures to support timely contract execution.
Identify process improvement opportunities and take corrective action.

Requirements

Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree.
At least 5 years of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations.
Experience in a CRO or healthcare environment.
Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors.
Bachelor’s degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or an equivalent field preferred.
Excellent organizational, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office software programs and computer applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
Experience handling sensitive issues with discretion.
Knowledge of setting up contracting plans and guides for CTA and budget negotiations preferred.
Successful experience working with CRAs, Start-up Associates, or (S)BSCAs to meet study timelines preferred.
