Description

  • Evaluate business processes and workflows to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Use root-cause problem-solving with stakeholders to identify core process challenges.
  • Develop recommendations for process improvement with input from subject matter experts.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to prioritize improvement opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Design and implement new business processes aligned to organizational priorities.
  • Lead change management initiatives, including communication planning and adoption support.
  • Communicate progress, performance, issues, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Document business processes and support standardized best practices across the organization.
  • Work with leadership to define key performance metrics, dashboards, and monitoring approaches.
  • Train teams on new processes and continual improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor adoption and effectiveness of new initiatives and adjust as needed.
  • Prepare tools, templates, meeting notes, and action trackers to support execution.
  • Travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in change management, operations support, and process improvement.
  • Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology drug development, or demonstrated competency in the role's key areas.
  • Strong drug development experience with understanding of other relevant functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance.
  • Strong interpersonal and training skills.
  • Understanding of change management models such as ADKAR and use of change radars.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
