Description

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across operational excellence activities.
  • Evaluate business processes and workflows to identify improvement or automation opportunities.
  • Facilitate root-cause problem solving with stakeholders to address process challenges.
  • Develop recommendations for process improvements with input from subject matter experts.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to prioritize improvement opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Design and implement new business processes aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Lead change management and internal communications to support adoption of process changes.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Document business processes and maintain tools, templates, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness and adoption of new initiatives, making adjustments as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in change management, operations support, and process improvement.
  • Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology drug development, or demonstrated competency in the role's key areas.
  • Strong drug development experience with understanding of other relevant functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance.
  • Strong interpersonal and training skills.
  • Understanding of change management models such as ADKAR and use of change radars.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
