Description

  • Analyze internal and external sources and disclosure patterns to support the Transactions and Funding Rounds offering.
  • Help create operational frameworks to achieve project goals efficiently.
  • Support an AI-powered event classification and information extraction pipeline.
  • Resolve edge cases and process exceptions that require manual intervention.
  • Track processing status and generate content production and usage reports.
  • Maintain logs of content issues and their resolutions.
  • Review input documents for proper categorization and tagging across the processing pipeline.
  • Provide third-level content support by addressing inquiries, raising tickets, and tracking issues.
  • Coordinate regularly with engineering teams, product managers, and content providers.
  • Create, update, and document content generation, support practices, and policies.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in financial data collection or content generation process support, with strong preference for M&A transactions and capital offerings content.
  • Strong willingness to learn quickly and work daily with a process that uses complex large language models.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills.
  • High energy, creativity, curiosity, and ability to adapt to new processes quickly.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization under pressure.
  • Interest in capital markets and financial research, with working knowledge of current financial and technology trends and events.
  • B.Com degree.
  • MBA, M.Com, CA, or CFA certification is a strong plus.
  • Experience working with financial and general business news content such as press releases, news, and company filings is preferred.
