Description

  • Support the development and maintenance of financial and related tools used by the Business Operations Department.
  • Work with departments across Precision for Medicine and sister companies to support budgeting and service-related processes.
  • Participate in discussions to analyze and develop departmental algorithms that capture budgetary needs.
  • Complete assigned tasks promptly and accurately and keep trackers up to date.
  • Participate in the implementation of rates used for resources across departments.
  • Work with the finance department and outside consultants to ensure tools and systems meet reporting and functional requirements.
  • Assist in training Business Operations personnel and operations staff on using and interpreting tools and systems.
  • Support system management to maintain compatibility with Precision ERP, Salesforce, and other vendor systems.
  • Assist Business Operations with unique client requests that require system adjustments.
  • Participate in departmental initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent plus 5 years of related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in budgeting tools and systems development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data modeling, and pivot tables.
  • Working experience with Excel VBA for automation, tool enhancement, or workflow optimization.
  • Experience developing analytical tools or systems supporting clinical research, CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related environments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost modeling, and model development and analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience with additional customer-related management tools used by Business Operations teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
