Description

  • Lead strategic initiatives supporting company growth, including new market entry, data center development processes, and operational improvements.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverables across multiple active projects.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with Real Estate, Energy, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Development, and Strategy teams.
  • Organize project documentation, maintain trackers, and help improve internal processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and project management processes.
  • Gain exposure to negotiations, commercial discussions, land development activities, and strategic decision-making.
  • Perform additional project-related responsibilities and special assignments as requested by management.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, multiple workstreams, and competing priorities.
  • Interest in data centers, energy infrastructure, commercial real estate, or large-scale development projects.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders, up to 25% of the time.

Benefits

  • Compensation of $110,000 to $120,000 salary.
