Description

  • Review property information, deal structures, and investment opportunities.
  • Analyze financial and operational data and prepare deal summaries and recommendations.
  • Track active deals from lead through closing, including deadlines, milestones, and follow-ups.
  • Identify transaction risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays.
  • Coordinate communication among buyers, sellers, agents, title companies, and internal teams.
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups to keep transactions aligned.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, deal statuses, notes, reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Keep deal files organized and up to date.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to increase transaction speed and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate operations, acquisitions, transaction coordination, deal management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate property and transaction data.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and availability for 30+ hours per week during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, acquisitions, or dispositions preferred.
  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate transactions and platforms such as Podio, Follow Up Boss, or REI BlackBook preferred.
