Description

Create, maintain, update, and distribute study timelines using MS Project or similar systems.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record and circulate minutes, and file documentation in the Trial Master File.
Maintain CTMS data, including milestones, contact lists, enrollment projections, and helpdesk remediation.
Coordinate study-specific training, maintain training records, and identify training gaps.
Establish and manage study SharePoint sites, project email boxes, and user access to study systems.
Order study supplies and binders, coordinate preparation and shipping, and maintain study trackers.
Send study communications to sites, investigators, sponsors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Support distribution and tracking of safety reports, translations, study materials, and study updates.
Act as a point of contact for project-related requests and perform other duties assigned by project leadership.

Requirements

Four-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business, science, or healthcare.
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or in a similar role.
Fluency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Professional-level written and spoken English.
Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, company SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
Detail-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Commitment to professional conduct consistent with Precision Principles.
