Description

Create, maintain, update, and distribute clinical study timelines using MS Project or similar systems.
Schedule internal and external meetings; prepare agendas, record minutes, distribute materials, and file documentation in the Trial Master File.
Maintain Clinical Trial Management System records, including milestones, contacts, enrollment projections, and helpdesk remediation.
Prepare and track study-specific training, maintain training records, and identify or escalate training gaps.
Establish and manage study SharePoint sites, project email boxes, user access, and shared working spaces.
Order and coordinate study supplies, binders, and other study materials, including preparation and shipment.
Maintain study trackers and support the preparation, distribution, and reconciliation of study documents and materials.
Send communications to study sites, investigators, sponsors, and vendors, including safety reports, newsletters, and email updates.
Support distribution and tracking of IND Safety Reports, SUSARs, and CIOMS, as applicable.
Support document translation, study reporting, and project-related requests from team members, sponsors, and third-party vendors.

Requirements

Four-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business, science, or healthcare.
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or in a similar role.
Fluency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, company SOPs, and applicable regulatory guidance.
Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Customer-service orientation with flexibility and a collaborative approach.
Ability to work independently, plan effectively, stay self-motivated, and contribute in a team environment.
Commitment to conducting work professionally and consistently with Precision Principles.
