Description

  • Lead new and existing central laboratory projects from conception through close-out.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, revenue goals, forecasting, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate assay development, clinical testing, biorepository/sample management, logistics, and kitting for client studies.
  • Serve as the cross-functional lead for assigned projects and liaise with clients, collaborators, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor operational delivery against contracted timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Prepare, maintain, review, and update project and process documentation.
  • Track, report, and present project information, metrics, and status updates in internal and external meetings.
  • Identify out-of-scope work, operational issues, and risks, and escalate or resolve them appropriately.
  • Support process improvement, efficiency initiatives, and internal consulting on project management issues.
  • Mentor junior Project Managers and assist senior staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, such as engineering.
  • Experience working as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech company.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications.
  • Strong understanding of project management and data analysis.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills with exceptional emotional intelligence.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional research, reporting, judgment, and discretion skills.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays, დაახლოებით 10-25%.
  • Ability to work extended hours when needed to meet business demands.
