Description

  • Receive new briefs and turn unclear requests into well-prepared project briefs.
  • Scope, cost, and plan projects across multiple briefs and disciplines.
  • Create project plans, key milestones, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Coordinate staffing with delivery and resource/studio leads based on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Run client and team kick-off meetings and manage project documentation.
  • Coordinate delivery across project participants, partners, creative teams, and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, scope, resources, and utilization while resolving risks and issues.
  • Prepare status reports, track weekly action points, and manage change control for project updates.
  • Own project profitability by monitoring time logged and cost overrun, and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proficient in both French and English.
  • Experience managing multiple mid- to high-complexity projects.
  • Integrated experience across one or more disciplines such as digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, or print.
  • Ability to take projects from initial brief through final delivery or completion.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong quality control orientation.
  • Impeccable problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Process-driven mindset with willingness to accept feedback and iterate in a highly collaborative, low-ego team environment.
  • Software competency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Teams, and OMG; training on OMG will be provided.
  • Artificial intelligence competency with ChatGPT or other AI software.
  • Based on experience, exposure to different account sizes and time zones is beneficial.
