Description

  • Own and evolve the Supply Chain digital platform ecosystem to improve workflows, governance, and scalability.
  • Deploy and manage AI agent solutions to consolidate knowledge bases, automate FAQs, and improve self-service capabilities.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and visibility.
  • Design and implement request intake and workflow tracking systems from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption.
  • Lead change management, training, and communications to drive adoption of new digital tools and workflows.
  • Partner with IT, Business Systems, and other stakeholders on platform integrations and technical requirements.
  • Monitor platform performance, user feedback, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and manage continuous optimization projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional digital transformation or operational improvement initiatives from ideation through delivery and scaling.
  • Strong experience with digital collaboration platforms such as JIRA, Slack, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with process optimization methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify automation opportunities and lead technology adoption initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.
  • Data-driven approach to identifying problems, evaluating solutions, and measuring project success.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI agents, chatbots, or knowledge management automation tools is preferred.
  • Certification or working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile is preferred.
  • Understanding of supply chain operations and workflows is preferred.
  • Proven ability to establish digital governance frameworks and scale platforms across growing organizations is preferred.
  • Experience thriving in high-growth or startup environments with ambiguity and rapid change is preferred.
