Description

  • Lead pre-award feasibility projects and provide detailed support to operational strategy and business development teams.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis for RFPs, including competitive, historical recruitment, standards of care, drug, epidemiology, site, and country assessments.
  • Develop enrollment models for agreed study strategies.
  • Undertake feasibility site outreach for pre-award opportunities and support BDM and client calls.
  • Apply process, templates, and delivery standards for pre-award feasibility work.
  • Lead post-award, rescue, and standalone feasibility projects in alignment with study and client requirements.
  • Manage the feasibility project team, including training, timeline oversight, deliverable tracking, and data quality assurance.
  • Oversee or conduct site outreach, present feasibility strategy at kickoff meetings, and provide regular updates to sponsors.
  • Analyze site data to support site identification, enrollment modeling, and study strategy development.
  • Support department growth by improving feasibility processes, SOPs, templates, tools, and by assisting with bid defenses and client meetings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline.
  • Equivalent relevant experience may be accepted in place of the standard education and experience combination.
  • Competence and relevant experience in feasibility analysis and site identification.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays, up to 10% of the time.
  • Professional-level verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Excellent management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, active listening, and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web/data-based platforms.
  • Good knowledge of ICH-GCP, relevant SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
