Description

  • Develop and maintain program execution frameworks, milestones, and reporting structures across technical and operational teams.
  • Drive coordination across engineering, product, growth, compliance, and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and briefings for leadership.
  • Identify program risks early and lead mitigation efforts across stakeholders.
  • Ensure program execution aligns with U.S. and host-nation regulatory frameworks governing CUAS operations.
  • Coordinate with regulatory and policy stakeholders to support deployments within DoD, host-nation, and other relevant authorities.
  • Serve as the operational subject matter expert for deployment strategy, legal constraints, and real-world operating conditions.
  • Oversee CUAS deployment planning from logistics and activation through long-term sustainment.
  • Develop deployment plans, readiness gates, and operational checklists for repeatable execution.
  • Lead after-action reviews and capture lessons learned to improve deployment velocity and quality.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with government program offices, defense programs, or technical project management.
  • Experience with government contracts, government acquisition processes, and proposal development.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving hardware and software systems in high-stakes or regulated environments.
  • Experience in the broader counter-UAS (CUAS) domain and working with military or government entities, critical infrastructure operators, or defense customers.
  • Strong operational rigor with the ability to build structured plans, manage concurrent workstreams, and execute against tight timelines.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment without formal authority.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with comfort briefing senior leadership and customer executives.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Manufacturing, production, or supply chain experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with the CUAS operating environment, including sensor networks, autonomy, or ISR platforms, preferred.
  • Knowledge of airspace coordination, regulatory compliance, and operational integration across U.S. and overseas environments, preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Deputy Program Manager, Program Analyst, or Technical Program Manager, preferred.
  • Familiarity with airspace regulations, military rules of engagement, or CUAS legal frameworks, preferred.
  • General awareness of electronic warfare concepts, preferred.
  • Background in DoD, DHS, or critical infrastructure protection programs, preferred.
  • Experience scaling operations from early deployments to sustained fielding, preferred.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Public Policy, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, preferred.
