Description

  • Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on study protocol requirements.
  • Review, draft, negotiate, and track confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements.
  • Work with a supervisor and internal/external stakeholders to resolve and escalate contractual issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Update study team members on the status of contract negotiations and execution.
  • Coordinate agreement execution and related workflow activities.
  • Maintain contract files and databases, including contract archiving.
  • Identify process improvements and take corrective action where needed.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience, preferably in a clinical research or similar industry setting.
  • 1 year of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements such as NDAs and Clinical Trial Agreements.
  • Experience managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process.
  • Excellent organizational skills and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to execute time-sensitive work accurately and with attention to detail.
  • High self-motivation and ability to work with some supervision in a global team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software programs and computer applications.
  • Post-graduate qualification preferred.
