Description

  • Use data, subject-matter expertise, and generative AI tools to draft B2B content across blogs, ads, landing pages, emails, video scripts, social posts, and press releases.
  • Build and refine prompts, content templates, and repeatable workflows that support brand language and message consistency.
  • Iterate quickly on creative variations to support campaign experimentation, A/B testing, and channel-specific optimization.
  • Support website content updates, product positioning, editorial calendar planning, and event and conference content.
  • Edit and elevate content generated by AI tools and internal subject-matter experts to improve clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • Ensure content meets brand voice, terminology, tone, and narrative standards.
  • Translate complex healthcare, commercial/market access, and scientific topics into clear, compelling, and credible content.
  • Partner with design to align visual and verbal messaging across campaigns and assets.
  • Maintain a high content quality bar for accuracy, grammar, consistency, and brand language.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to review performance data and apply insights to future content improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in copywriting, B2B content creation, or editorial roles.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharma, or other regulated industries required.
  • Strong portfolio showing work across digital, social, and long-form content.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Experience using generative AI tools and building prompt libraries to support research, drafting, repurposing, and best practices.
  • Exceptional editing skills with mastery of grammar, SEO, and brand-voice alignment.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with design, product, sales, and thought leadership partners.
  • Curious, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, innovate, and improve.
  • Comfort working in an environment that requires adaptability, curiosity, and ambiguity tolerance.
  • Understanding of marketing funnel stages, campaign strategy, and multi-channel content planning (preferred).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a remote-first environment (preferred).
  • Experience creating or supporting short-form video content (preferred).
  • Familiarity with editorial QA processes, content governance, or style guides (preferred).
