Description

  • Generate ideas for advertising and promotional copy and develop texts from draft stage through final production.
  • Concept and develop creative materials for a variety of mediums and audiences.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical meetings and brainstorms with internal teams and clients to support campaign development.
  • Present creative concepts internally and incorporate feedback into revisions.
  • Review and edit copy for clarity, grammar, punctuation, and accuracy throughout the agency process.
  • Partner with Art Directors, Producers, Account teams, and Editorial to keep work on target and on deadline.
  • Execute on-brand creative solutions aligned with client marketing strategies and objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of healthcare advertising experience preferred.
  • Healthcare and pharmaceutical experience required.
  • Knowledge of, background in, or interest in advertising and medicine.
  • Ability to work well within a team setting.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Highly organized self-starter who can work independently and under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable and resilient with the ability to adjust scope, responsibilities, and focus as needed.
  • Proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and an interest in data.
  • Hybrid role based in a US office or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
