Description

  • Support the execution of client programs by managing timelines, workflows, and project deliverables.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Oversee project workflows and ensure deliverables progress on schedule.
  • Facilitate internal and client meetings.
  • Support medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submission processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and agency partners.
  • Track budgets, invoicing, and other financial aspects of client projects.
  • Lead smaller projects independently while supporting junior team members.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a client service, agency, or project coordination environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience supporting medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes, preferred.
  • Exposure to budgeting or financial tracking for client projects, preferred.
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, or program logistics, preferred.
  • Familiarity with vendor or agency partner management, preferred.
