Description

  • Independently gather information through secondary research.
  • Conduct primary interviews and cover conferences when capable to collect relevant information.
  • Develop comprehensive interview guides to support primary research.
  • Prepare client-ready deliverables, including PowerPoint materials, with clear analytical structure and insights.
  • Use available data to build logical, defensible conclusions.
  • Produce accurate, correctly cited work product.
  • Comply with client presentation protocols and perform self-checks for accuracy and completeness.
  • Apply problem-solving frameworks to client issues and support client initiatives.
  • Contribute to customer insight development and broader project team deliverables.
  • Understand how individual work products fit within the overall client deliverable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree required, preferably in life sciences.
  • Knowledge or understanding of the biopharmaceutical, diagnostic, or life-science tools industry preferred.
  • Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research on clinical, scientific, and business issues.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving and structuring skills.
  • Proficiency in modeling.
  • Experience with primary interviews and conference coverage preferred.
  • Ability to work on complex healthcare market access topics such as distribution, launch pricing, contracting, access improvement, formulary inclusion, and product value positioning.
