Description

  • Own the end-to-end Salesforce experience for sales teams across multiple PracticeTek brands and verticals.
  • Simplify page layouts, record types, navigation, and Lightning app experiences to improve sales usability.
  • Clean up legacy fields, stages, and process artifacts from the recent Salesforce consolidation.
  • Build and maintain dynamic forms, guided actions, and other Salesforce customizations that support the sales process.
  • Partner with sales leadership and SalesOps to translate process changes into Salesforce configuration and reporting.
  • Lead the evaluation, design, and rollout of Salesforce Agentforce for sales automation.
  • Configure Agentforce agents, topics, and actions aligned to the company’s sales motion.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across lead qualification, demo scheduling, quote generation, and follow-up.
  • Manage, audit, and optimize a large library of Flows and migrate Workflow Rules and Process Builders to Flow.
  • Maintain data quality, permissions, user provisioning, role hierarchy, and sandbox environments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a sales-focused environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required.
  • Advanced Administrator certification (ADM 211) strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in Flow Builder, including complex record-triggered, screen, and autolaunched flows.
  • Strong understanding of Apex triggers and classes, with ability to troubleshoot and collaborate with developers.
  • Experience managing a large, enterprise-scale Salesforce org with extensive customization.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex processes and reduce clicks for sales reps.
  • Experience with custom quote and proposal workflows.
  • Strong communication skills to translate between sales leadership and technical implementation.
  • Experience with or strong interest in Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, or Copilot features (preferred).
  • Platform Developer I certification or equivalent Apex/LWC knowledge (preferred).
  • Experience with Zuora, DocuSign, Outreach, or similar B2B SaaS tools (preferred).
  • Background in healthcare SaaS, practice management, or EHR software (preferred).
  • Experience with multi-brand Salesforce consolidation or migration projects (preferred).
  • Familiarity with DLRS, Salesforce DevOps tools, and deployment best practices (preferred).
