Description

  • Lead and execute TopsPay Premier onboarding projects from start to finish.
  • Manage TopsPay Premier accounts and uphold service standards.
  • Deliver 1:1 and group online training for Premier and TopsPay services to new and existing clients.
  • Support the training team by helping develop new team members’ software proficiency.
  • Assist the cross-functional services team with new client service activation and configuration.
  • Create training documentation, curriculum, and videos for TopsPay Premier.
  • Review client data and provide recommendations to improve workflows.
  • Cross-sell integrated services and escalate feature requests as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new training initiatives.
  • Work with leaders to improve onboarding workflows, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Travel occasionally to tradeshows, events, or on-site customer onboarding as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 2+ years of orthodontic experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with SaaS platforms preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with dental software customer support preferred.
  • Ability to train others and transfer knowledge effectively.
  • Strong team-player mindset with an excellent work ethic.
  • Ability to work remotely with a remote team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow as a leader.
  • Ability to build open, trustworthy relationships with leaders, customers, vendors, and senior leadership.
  • Action-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear, accurate, and organized records and process notes.

Benefits

  • Compensation expected to range from $35,000 to $55,000.
  • Eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance.
