Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact and provide a welcoming, professional experience to every patient.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a friendly, confident, service-driven manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments while maximizing provider availability and minimizing schedule gaps.
  • Follow up with patients to confirm visits, re-engage inactive patients, and reduce cancellations.
  • Build rapport with patients, address concerns, and encourage retention by highlighting the value of the clinic’s services.
  • Provide clear information about treatments, services, and next steps to support patient decision-making.
  • Handle appointment changes and resolve scheduling issues efficiently while maintaining a positive patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Contribute to a smooth, organized, patient-focused virtual front desk environment.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication ability.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a U.S.-based dental office in a front desk, patient coordinator, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and encourage patient commitment.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Full-time contractor availability for 40 hours per week.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
  • Pay rate of $7–$8 per hour depending on skillset and experience.
