Description

  • Write and produce on-brand content across blogs, tutorials, landing pages, email sequences, video scripts, webinar concepts, case studies, sales collateral, and social media for developer and business audiences.
  • Manage the end-to-end content production workflow, including planning, scheduling, publishing, and keeping deadlines and stakeholders aligned.
  • Translate strategic direction from the Content Lead into actionable content plans and execute them with minimal supervision.
  • Brief, coordinate, and review work from freelance writers, designers, and agencies to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Apply SEO, AEO, and GEO principles to improve discoverability across traditional and AI-driven search channels.
  • Track content performance, report on results, and use insights to improve future content and pipeline impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content reflects customer conversations and supports commercial goals.
  • Maintain the content calendar and production engine so workstreams stay organized and nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing or content writing in a B2B environment, ideally in SaaS, tech, or a developer-focused product.
  • Strong writing ability across multiple formats, including blog posts, landing pages, email sequences, video scripts, social posts, case studies, and sales collateral.
  • Ability to write for, or quickly learn to write for, a technical developer audience.
  • Proven experience managing a content calendar and publishing across channels such as LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and email.
  • Experience translating marketing direction into structured content plans with clear timelines.
  • Experience briefing and coordinating external contributors such as freelance writers, designers, or agencies.
  • Solid working knowledge of SEO and an understanding of how AI-driven search (AEO/GEO) affects discoverability.
  • Active use of AI tools as a core part of the content workflow.
  • Highly organised with strong project management instincts and the ability to manage multiple workstreams without micromanagement.
