Description

  • Develop a cohesive social media strategy that reflects the brand’s core values in a social-first approach.
  • Create, propose, and schedule content for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Monitor social channels and assist with community management, including responses and review management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address social media inquiries and concerns.
  • Support social listening, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Assist with brand reputation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
  • Understand the company’s brand, customer, product goals, and department objectives.
  • Take on business-focused projects, propose ideas, and present work to the team.

Requirements

  • Recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in social media, marketing, or content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone and detail.
  • Ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and apply critical thinking.
  • Experience working on brand social media beyond personal accounts.
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance and data-driven thinking.
  • Comfort working independently and taking ownership of projects.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload speed.
  • A quiet, dedicated home workspace large enough for two 19" monitors, a laptop, mouse, keyboard, and headset.
  • Ability to set up and connect equipment shipped to your home with remote IT assistance.

Benefits

  • Fixed hourly pay of $20 for full-time work.
  • Paid full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Contract duration of 3–4 months.
