Description

  • Own end-to-end SEO and AIO strategy for a defined subset of healthcare clients from onboarding through ongoing execution.
  • Build and present strategic client roadmaps aligned to SEO best practices and client business goals.
  • Lead keyword research, keyword mapping, and content strategy to improve traditional and AI search visibility.
  • Execute and oversee on-page, technical, and content SEO optimizations on client WordPress sites.
  • Jointly present monthly performance reports to Account Managers and client contacts.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for clients and Account Managers on content and technical SEO.
  • Support the SEO Manager on larger accounts by contributing to strategy, deliverables, and pod operations.
  • Use AI technologies to improve SEO workflows and client outcomes.
  • Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to the department.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience delivering digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Proven track record of SEO wins and experience owning or co-owning client strategy.
  • Strong technical SEO fundamentals, including local listings management, link building, and content strategy experience.
  • Comfort using WordPress for on-page optimizations, SEO updates, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Confidence presenting strategy and performance directly to clients.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to switch quickly between multiple client projects.
  • Collaborative team player who works well with SEO, content, and account management partners.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt quickly when client needs change.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
