Description

  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of programmatic efforts across a book of business.
  • Collaborate with specialists, planning teams, marketing sciences, and account teams to develop and execute programmatic strategies.
  • Create and onboard new programmatic accounts and campaigns within self-serve DSPs with hands-on activation.
  • Manage campaigns across mobile, display, video, CTV, DOOH, and audio channels.
  • Identify audience and data partners for addressable campaigns.
  • Curate and negotiate media inventory with priority vendors and networks.
  • Lead programmatic client communications as the subject matter expert.
  • Monitor pacing, accounting requirements, deliverable tracking, and campaign KPIs.
  • Deliver weekly insights and analysis to the lead strategist.
  • Own operational tasks such as trafficking, pixel creation, and A/B test setup.
  • Employ AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
  • Use Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem in support of the role.

Requirements

  • Advanced spoken and written English is required.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms, DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and optimize accordingly.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles across mobile, display, video, OTT, CTV, and audio.
  • Proficiency in ad creative best practices and audience targeting techniques, including demographics, behavioral targeting, and retargeting.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail when setting up, monitoring, and managing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with ad tech tools and platforms, including ad servers, ad verification tools, and ad trafficking systems.
