Description

  • Own end-to-end execution of paid social performance marketing across client accounts.
  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other relevant platforms such as Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead optimization efforts to improve performance against business and campaign goals.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items.
  • Manage external client communication through email, calls, and Slack, including updates and strategic recommendations.
  • Create and present performance reports, recaps, and forward-looking plans to clients and stakeholders.
  • Use data to explain results, identify next steps, and support business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with creative, organic, and influencer/partnerships teams to strengthen channel performance.
  • Support the growth and development of junior talent where applicable.
  • Use AI tools and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve processes and performance.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of digital marketing experience; agency experience is a plus.
  • 1+ years of direct response marketing experience in eCommerce; lead gen and B2B experience is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience running Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for direct response campaigns; experience with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads or Pinterest Ads is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts.
  • 1+ years of experience with Google Analytics and Shopify; experience with other technical platforms is a plus.
  • 1 year of client-facing experience handling communications.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including advanced Excel features.
  • Strong data analytics skills.
  • Advanced spoken and written English is required.
  • Experience working with eCommerce, lead generation, and B2B models is preferred.
