Description

  • Own strategy for 3-5 accounts or a minimum of $20k MRR.
  • Lead and manage paid advertising strategy and initiatives to drive account success.
  • Spearhead strategic client conversations and own the paid social client relationship.
  • Direct account teams, hold them accountable, and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Lead strategic decision-making and guide pivots as needed.
  • Mentor junior team members through collaboration, example-setting, and coaching.
  • Support campaign execution end-to-end, including building, optimizing, and reporting when needed.
  • Collaborate with specialists and strategists to own performance and strategy on allocated accounts.
  • Advance the paid advertising offering through testing, iteration, new techniques, and thought leadership.
  • Support new business development through service expansion, strategic audits, and paid social pipeline development.
  • Use additional attribution platforms such as Google Analytics or Shopify to speak to broader business impact.
  • Apply AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
  • Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem within your department.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in paid digital advertising, with paid social advertising preferred.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other emerging social platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously.
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and social media.
  • Client communication and public speaking skills.
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for reporting metrics, including pivot tables.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
