Description

  • Own paid social strategy across 3-5 accounts or at least $20k in monthly recurring revenue.
  • Lead paid advertising strategy and initiatives to drive account success.
  • Manage client relationships and lead strategic conversations with clients.
  • Direct account teams, hold teammates accountable, and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Lead strategic decision-making and adapt plans when needed.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their skill development.
  • Support campaign execution end to end, including building, optimizing, and reporting as needed.
  • Collaborate with specialists and other strategists on account performance and strategy.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the paid advertising offering through testing, iteration, and thought leadership.
  • Support new business development through service expansion opportunities, strategic audits, and paid social pipeline development.
  • Use broader attribution and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Shopify to connect paid social efforts to business impact.
  • Employ AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve processes and department performance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in paid digital advertising, with paid social advertising experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and emerging social platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, organized, and self-starting work style.
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and social media.
  • Strong client communication and public speaking skills.
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for reporting metrics, including pivot tables.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
