Description

  • Lead paid advertising strategy and performance marketing for key accounts to achieve client goals.
  • Own execution, performance, and growth for a book of business that includes complex enterprise-level accounts.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for key accounts and resolve roadblocks and client issues.
  • Apply advanced cross-channel measurement expertise, including attribution and incrementality, to improve results.
  • Oversee campaign execution and perform thorough QA to prevent revenue-impacting errors.
  • Monitor budget pacing and advise on budget changes.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams through strategic and performance discussions.
  • Mentor team members through coaching, training, escalation support, and account audits.
  • Conduct training sessions on platforms, tools, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Support new business pitches and account audits with strategic insights and industry perspective.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience on large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more additional channels such as Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta direct response campaigns.
  • Lead gen and B2B experience.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid advertising across the marketing funnel.
  • Advanced English speaking and writing proficiency is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in client-facing presentations and a strong ability to learn independently.
  • Preferred experience with additional platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Pinterest Ads.
  • Ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data and tell the story behind the numbers.
