Description

  • Own end-to-end management and strategic oversight of assigned paid media accounts.
  • Lead day-to-day execution, optimization, pacing, and reporting for client accounts.
  • Develop paid media strategy, project roadmaps, and testing plans across channels.
  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for owned accounts.
  • Present recommendations, insights, and performance updates in client and internal meetings.
  • Manage and mentor 1-2+ Media Managers, delegating work and developing their skills.
  • Partner with Account Managers and the Media Director to align media strategy with client goals and efficiency requirements.
  • Design, deploy, and evaluate monthly and quarterly tests across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion.
  • Maintain account health through optimizations, structural updates, bidding methods, conversion types, and copy revisions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand media coverage, billing, and channel support for existing and new accounts.

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of paid media experience.
  • Experience managing multiple paid media accounts with monthly budgets from $100K to $1MM.
  • Experience developing paid media strategy, media plans, competitive research, testing, and measurement frameworks.
  • Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display, and Programmatic Display and Social channels.
  • Experience with full-funnel strategy, video, and lead generation.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, conversion strategy, and optimization strategy; GA4 knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to write ad copy, guide creative strategy, identify asset needs, and establish a creative testing cadence.
  • Client relationship management experience with reporting, insights, and optimization toward business goals.
  • Team management experience.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
