Description

  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of paid media services within a book of business.
  • Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across marquee and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Develop and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve client business goals and scale accounts.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and turn findings into clear insights and action plans.
  • Serve as a strategic leader and escalation point for account teams and department leadership.
  • Coach team members and support skill development through feedback and guidance.
  • Help develop and present training materials and identify knowledge gaps or process improvements.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external clients.
  • Support adoption of AI tools, outsourcing resources, and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve workflows.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing.
  • Experience with Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, and Bing Ads.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization on large enterprise-level accounts, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more additional campaign types.
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the marketing funnel.
  • Ability to generate meaningful insights from marketing data and tell the story beyond the numbers.
  • Advanced written and spoken English proficiency is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn, and able to work independently.
  • Strong work ethic and interest in a long-term relationship with a growing company.
