Description

  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of paid social and paid media campaigns across a book of business.
  • Build and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads, and related platforms.
  • Lead campaign production, including builds, optimizations, bid changes, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Manage client budgets and recommend budget adjustments based on performance and strategy.
  • Own performance reporting, including weekly client recaps, presentations, insights, and forward-looking recommendations.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams and account leadership on performance, strategy, deliverables, and action items.
  • Collaborate with Specialists when needed to support tactical execution and cross-channel production.
  • Use data, AI technologies, and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to improve business processes and campaign performance.
  • Navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changes in the market to achieve desired results.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct response marketing experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with search engine marketing.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant campaign management experience with one or more of the following: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the funnel.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
