Description

  • Lead the full paid media strategy across digital and traditional channels, including Paid Social, Paid Search, YouTube, Podcasts, Direct Mail, TV, and OOH.
  • Build and manage channel budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop strategies and relationships that support both brand growth and performance marketing objectives.
  • Partner with leadership, finance, and creative teams to align paid media plans with company growth priorities.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of channel strategists, media planners, buyers, and agency partners.
  • Leverage vendor and platform relationships with Meta, Google, measurement vendors, and data partners to secure new opportunities, betas, and favorable deals.
  • Stay ahead of industry changes in privacy, attribution, and AI to strengthen future paid media investments.
  • Own and improve attribution modeling, experimentation, and insights.
  • Guide external channel partners and agencies to execute against the paid media vision.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of paid media experience, ideally at a top DTC brand, consumer tech company, or global agency working with tier-one brands.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling paid media budgets through rapid channel expansion and aggressive budget growth.
  • Deep expertise across multiple channels with a strong understanding of both performance and brand media.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to model spend-to-revenue outcomes.
  • Experience facilitating creative collaboration and workflows with paid media teams.
  • Leadership experience building and managing cross-functional teams and agencies.
  • A growth mindset with the creativity to test and the rigor to scale.
  • Experience with vendor and platform relationships, including Meta and Google, is highly valued.
  • Experience with measurement vendors and data partners is preferred.
  • Exposure to privacy, attribution, and AI-related changes in paid media is preferred.
