Description

  • Own implementation of online tracking across all digital channels, including Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, DSPs, and SEO.
  • Build and maintain GTM containers, pixels, server-side tracking configurations, and event schemas.
  • Implement and QA conversion tracking for primary, secondary, micro, and offline conversions.
  • Ensure click IDs such as GCLID and FBCLID are captured and transferred correctly through forms and CRM systems.
  • Manage CRM and call tracking integrations with tools such as CallRail, Liine, CTM, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
  • Support HIPAA-compliant measurement setups, including BAAs and compliant data flows where applicable.
  • QA tracking before campaign launches and after major site updates.
  • Monitor conversion health across accounts and resolve tracking discrepancies proactively.
  • Maintain Measurement Framework alignment and produce tracking documentation and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Paid Media, and Applied Analytics to align tracking, data models, and reporting.
  • Support automation initiatives related to conversion syncing, error handling, and QA.
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing tracking or ad operations.
  • Advanced experience with Google Tag Manager, with client-side experience required and server-side preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads conversion tracking and offline conversion imports.
  • Familiarity with Meta CAPI and event prioritization.
  • Experience working with CRM integrations and form tracking.
  • Understanding of HIPAA-compliant marketing environments preferred.
  • Strong QA mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues independently.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Media, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Advanced spoken and written English is required for this role.
