Description

  • Own performance outcomes across a portfolio of multi-channel B2B paid media accounts, including KPIs such as CPL, pipeline influence, MQL/SQL conversion rates, and growth targets.
  • Lead the development and execution of full-funnel B2B paid media strategies across Google, LinkedIn, Programmatic, ABM, and emerging platforms.
  • Set and enforce best practices for account structure, optimization, testing, multi-touch attribution, incrementality, and measurement rigor.
  • Serve as the strategic escalation point for complex performance and delivery challenges.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, pipeline narratives, and forward-looking growth strategies for priority clients.
  • Identify and drive account expansion opportunities through increased media investment, ABM maturation, and channel diversification.
  • Partner with Sales and Strategy teams on new business pitches and growth opportunities.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of media leaders and practitioners, including coaching, performance management, and career growth.
  • Own resource planning, team structure, and client allocation to align the right people with the right accounts.
  • Partner with divisional and finance leadership to manage contribution margin, resourcing, account health, and profitability.
  • Drive adoption of tools, platforms, and processes that improve efficiency, execution, and B2B performance.
  • Stay current on platform updates, emerging B2B channels, and industry trends, and help develop internal playbooks and best practices.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in paid media, B2B performance marketing, or media leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel B2B paid media strategies across a client portfolio.
  • Experience overseeing significant monthly media budgets of $200K–$1M+ per client preferred.
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in major B2B paid media platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Programmatic; experience with other platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy, including demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and measurement across long sales cycles.
  • Experience translating platform performance into business outcomes such as revenue, pipeline, and LTV.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting new business pitches and account expansion efforts.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Data-driven, highly organized, and operationally strong.
  • Experience with ABM intent data platforms, predictive lead scoring, automation, or AI-assisted buying is a plus.
