Description

  • Lead creator communication throughout UGC campaigns from onboarding through content delivery.
  • Own the campaign workflow by building and maintaining creative briefs with social strategists and clients.
  • Oversee UGC deliverables and ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Recruit, source, onboard, and manage the internal creator database.
  • Match creators to campaigns based on brand needs and campaign goals.
  • Support internal creators with the guidance and resources needed to produce high-quality content.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for working with creators and scaling UGC.
  • Enhance business operations through the deployment of AI technologies.
  • Use Power Digital’s nova ecosystem to support department objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience managing creator or influencer campaigns end to end.
  • Proven ability to build, edit, and manage creative briefs.
  • Familiarity with UGC and its role in marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with creators, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ability to innovate processes to improve and scale UGC.
  • Reliable and clear communication with creators and internal teams.
  • Understanding of what makes compelling, on-brand UGC.
