Description

  • Lead communication with creators throughout UGC campaigns from onboarding through content delivery.
  • Build and maintain creative briefs in partnership with social strategists and clients.
  • Oversee UGC deliverables and ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Source, outreach to, onboard, and maintain relationships with creators in the internal database.
  • Match creators to campaigns based on brand needs and campaign goals.
  • Provide creators with the guidance and resources needed to produce high-quality content.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creator workflows, processes, and content formats.
  • Use AI technologies to improve and scale business operations.
  • Leverage Power Digital’s nova ecosystem to support department goals.

Requirements

  • Experience managing creator or influencer campaigns end to end.
  • Proven ability to build, edit, and manage creative briefs.
  • Familiarity with UGC and its role in marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with creators, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ability to innovate processes to improve and scale UGC delivery.
  • Strong and reliable communication skills.
  • Understanding of what makes compelling, on-brand UGC.
