Description

  • Oversee social commerce services across affiliate programs, shoppable content, and social storefront strategies.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and share quality, conversion, and strategic insights with division and R&D leaders.
  • Lead operational reviews with R&D leadership to summarize trends, key takeaways, and service improvement opportunities.
  • Define and roll out scalable social commerce strategies that align with client needs and profitability goals.
  • Drive adoption across affiliate networks, social marketplaces, and emerging commerce-enabled platforms.
  • Test, refine, and optimize new social commerce programs and revenue-generating partnerships before launch.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commerce platforms and manage platform partnerships and related initiatives.
  • Manage one to two key commerce-driven client accounts and apply real-time insights to improve execution.
  • Host monthly cross-divisional commerce meetings and align service leads on strategy, trends, and platform updates.
  • Support new business pitches, revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning for commerce offerings.

Requirements

  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Proven experience scaling product quality and maintaining consistency across divisions.
  • Experience rolling out new service advancements, particularly using AI and automation.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A client-first mindset focused on measurable impact and customer satisfaction.
  • Deep experience managing relationships with major digital platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and TradeDesk.
  • Hands-on experience managing client accounts and applying best practices directly to execution.
  • Experience identifying tool or process improvements to drive efficiency or improve product quality is preferred.
  • Experience managing commerce-related or social shopping initiatives is preferred.
