Description

  • Manage clients’ Amazon and online retail product catalogs and organic presence, including daily optimizations, planning, and strategic pivots.
  • Analyze performance data from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other retail platforms to create action plans tied to business performance.
  • Own execution, tracking, reporting, and client communication for catalog updates, promotional strategy, and issue resolution/case management.
  • Develop and evolve organic retail SEO and CRO strategy in collaboration with account leadership and other internal teams.
  • Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to expand channel knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of new department training materials.
  • Use AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
  • Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem in support of department work.
  • Maintain frequent communication with internal teams and external clients.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance and impact against client goals.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, with 1-2 years in an agency setting preferred.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon or online retail catalog management.
  • Significant organic/catalog management experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, or Walmart Seller Central.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Excellent organizational skills and project management skills, with the ability to delegate effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a self-motivated, independent work style.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Interest in a long-term relationship with a growing company.
