Description

  • Develop and own the strategic marketing roadmap for assigned verticals, including goals, budget management, campaign strategy, execution, and business impact.
  • Research vertical-specific personas, behaviors, and market dynamics to inform positioning and optimization.
  • Define brand messaging and create insight-driven frameworks that differentiate Branch from competitors and support engagement and conversion.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned verticals by tracking industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.
  • Build original insights and identify opportunities to strengthen Branch’s thought leadership in the market.
  • Manage and mentor a Marketing Program Manager responsible for campaign activations and ABM execution.
  • Identify high-leverage opportunities such as industry events, strategic partnerships, and PR moments to build brand authority.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to align vertical narrative with the product roadmap and sales needs.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Content, and PR teams on campaign positioning, thought leadership content, media opportunities, and speaking engagements.
  • Track and report on brand health metrics and use insights to refine programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B strategic marketing, preferably in Hospitality, Staffing, Gig Economy, or Vertical SaaS Platform sectors.
  • Strong strategic storytelling ability with experience connecting brand narratives to customer needs and market dynamics for enterprise audiences.
  • Ability to use market data to inform decisions while applying creative intuition to brand building.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in cross-functional collaboration and in empowering others without micromanaging.
  • Outcome-oriented mindset focused on driving meaningful influence that supports aggressive revenue growth goals.
  • Experience working in or marketing to industry verticals such as gig marketplaces or hospitality (preferred).
  • Experience with ABM and vertical campaign strategy (preferred).
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship or transfer.
  • Role is remote within the United States only.
