Description

  • Define and execute the DevOps roadmap aligned with business and engineering goals.
  • Lead and mentor DevOps engineers, SREs, and automation specialists.
  • Design and manage scalable, secure, cost-effective cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Oversee containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code practices using tools such as Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable software releases.
  • Automate deployments, monitoring, and self-healing systems, and implement observability and logging solutions.
  • Integrate DevSecOps practices, including IAM policies, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance controls.
  • Define reliability metrics and oversee incident management, disaster recovery, business continuity, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
  • Follow company information security policies and safeguard customer data in all work.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Proven expertise with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation.
  • Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, security, and monitoring tools.
  • Experience with microservices, containers, and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with GitOps, DevSecOps, and SRE principles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in high-availability, large-scale environments (preferred).
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator, or similar certifications; machine learning infrastructure experience (preferred).
