Description

  • Prospect and qualify net-new DTC brands through multi-channel outbound outreach, including cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and creative tactics.
  • Research target accounts to understand their fulfillment setup, product mix, and pain points before reaching out.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Build pipeline across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments for the outbound sales motion.
  • Become an expert on Portless’s platform, competitive landscape, and the DTC fulfillment space.
  • Consistently achieve monthly qualified pipeline targets and performance goals.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene by documenting activity and outcomes in HubSpot.
  • Iterate with the team on messaging, targeting, and outreach tactics as the outbound playbook evolves.
  • Uncover pain points around inventory lead times, cash flow, and international expansion to support sales conversations.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of outbound BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services.
  • Comfortable making 70+ calls per day and managing high-volume prospecting.
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding quota in an outbound-heavy role.
  • Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can articulate value to founders, operators, and supply chain decision-makers.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment without needing close supervision.
  • Experience selling to ecommerce, DTC, or retail brands is a nice to have.
  • Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or 3PL industry is a nice to have.
  • Previous experience at a high-growth startup building a new sales motion is a nice to have.
  • Coachable, resilient, driven, and low-ego mindset.
