Description

  • Own and grow the Seattle territory while working in the market multiple days per week.
  • Prospect daily through calls, email, in-person visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Visit restaurants regularly to build presence and relationships in the local hospitality community.
  • Deliver high-energy product demos that clearly communicate ROI.
  • Create urgency and close deals in a short sales cycle, typically under 30 days.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the Seattle restaurant landscape and local decision-makers.
  • Partner with the regional team to refine messaging, share best practices, and support market strategy.
  • Protect the brand by selling with integrity and avoiding overpromising, heavy discounting, or poor-fit deals.

Requirements

  • Must live in the Seattle territory.
  • Proven hunter with strong outbound sales success.
  • Experience selling to SMB decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working in short sales cycles under 30 days.
  • Competitive, resilient, and motivated in high-activity, high-volume environments.
  • Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and closing.
  • Confident delivering strong product demos and articulating long-term ROI.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Relationship-driven with reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Seattle territory multiple times per week.
  • Restaurant experience or SaaS experience in restaurant tech is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $70,000 to $85,000.
  • On-target earnings of $140,000+.
  • Uncapped commission with a 50% base / 50% commission structure.
