Description

  • Own the New York City territory and maintain daily coverage across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island.
  • Spend every day in the field visiting restaurants, pulling doors, and building presence in the local restaurant community.
  • Build and manage a territory plan, including account coverage, activity tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Develop pipeline through outbound calls, email, in-person visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Deliver high-energy product demos that clearly communicate ROI and create urgency.
  • Close deals consistently in a short sales cycle with minimal oversight.
  • Partner with the regional team on messaging, sales strategy, and market feedback.
  • Sell with integrity by avoiding overpromising and steering away from poor-fit opportunities.
  • Build relationships with SMB restaurant owners and multi-location operators in a competitive market.

Requirements

  • Must live in the New York City territory.
  • Experience as a proven outbound hunter with strong SMB closing experience.
  • Salesforce experience required.
  • Comfortable with daily in-market presence and a field-first sales approach.
  • Highly organized with a clear system for managing territory, activity, and pipeline.
  • Numbers-driven with strong sales metrics tracking and accountability.
  • Autonomous and able to operate without heavy structure or hand-holding.
  • Gritty, determined, and able to handle rejection in a competitive environment.
  • Background in SaaS, restaurant tech, food service, fast food management, or hospitality operations is a strong plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $80,000 to $85,000.
  • On-target earnings of $160,000+ with a 50/50 base and commission structure.
