Description

  • Set and report on network capacity targets, identifying and resolving access gaps.
  • Partner with Recruiting, Licensing, Credentialing, and Learning teams to streamline providers’ path from contract signing to first patient visit.
  • Own provider relationships across orientation, utilization, engagement, and retention.
  • Define and track utilization metrics and translate insights into process and product improvements.
  • Build programs such as incentives and clinician communities to support provider participation.
  • Partner with Quality and Clinical Leadership to establish network standards and participation criteria.
  • Monitor provider-level quality data, including utilization, outcomes, and complaints, and address performance outliers.
  • Support quality remediation and provider contract termination decisions when necessary.
  • Coordinate across Licensing, Credentialing, Quality, Clinical Operations, and Product teams.
  • Build dashboards and reporting to monitor network health and represent network needs in company planning.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience, including 1+ years in provider network management, provider success, provider experience, or network operations at a telehealth company.
  • Demonstrated ownership of network metrics such as growth, retention, utilization, and quality.
  • Experience building new processes and optimizing existing operations.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills across Clinical, Product, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to prioritize investments and communicate insights.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity in an early-stage environment.
  • Experience in women’s health is preferred.
  • Experience managing clinician networks with multiple license types, such as MDs, NPs, and RDs, is preferred.
