Description

  • Own the post-sale customer experience, customer account product, and critical internal-facing products.
  • Evolve product strategy to improve customer delight, retention, referral growth, and cross-product adoption.
  • Partner with leadership to define and champion the vision and roadmap for the accounts platform.
  • Break down ambiguous, open-ended problems into clearly defined bodies of work.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from problem definition and discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate with Product Design to create best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Write clear product specs that connect business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints.
  • Partner with engineering management to scope, size, and deliver resilient initiatives.
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities with Growth, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Define success metrics, run experiments, and analyze results with Data to guide next steps.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of product management experience.
  • Experience building customer-facing D2C products.
  • Exposure to internal-facing products.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading projects and delivering measurable results.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to write clear, concise product specifications and requirements.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and manage work from concept to deployment.
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex projects with many moving parts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort defining product data structures and running analyses.
  • Curiosity and comfort with technical topics, even without a technical background.
  • Ability to prioritize builds and define MVP scope to optimize developer productivity.
